Halloween Memories
Posted On 10/27/2011 17:25:38 by SouthernStyle
What was your most memorable Halloween?    I'll answer my own question first, but look forward to hearing about your memories.    There was the time I was working at the Hyatt in Nashville and went as a '20 flapper, complete with an original dress that I found in a trunk in an attic at my mom's cousins... wish I'd kept the dress, it was COOL...   My son was probably the first Pikachu (Pokemon) in the country.  I bought him yellow sweat pants and shirt and MADE a h... Fall might be my very favorite time of year. The weather is almost always perfect and a short drive can bring all kinds of fun activities for children. Plus, let's not forget what is, in my opinion, the most FUN holiday - Halloween.    Speaking of Halloween, you're going to need a pumpkin for your porch so why not head to local pumpkin patches, Tate Farms in Meridianville or Lyons Farms in Taft, TN (just over the TN/AL border)? These pumpkin patches contain so much more than just... Read More

Gosh, woke up this morning and it was so foggy in my backyard.  I expected to see the Wolfman, or Dracula, or some other bogey man standing so still in the fog looking at my house.

When I was young we had the best spooky movies.  All filmed in black and white the events seemed to be happening in another time, but yet wer so spooky that sometimes we thought we saw that monster in the backyard.
