PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READI would like for someone to help me and a few thousand grandparents that are in the same trouble as I am I am 65 years of age and on disability and trying to take care of my grandson witch is 17 and an exceptionally good student with a chance at a scholarship in pension machining he was given to me by the courts because of abuse by his dad on July 6 2007 so I filed for child support on 10/18/07 it took 2 or 3 court appearances to Finley aug 27 /08 they said they would for the second time issue a judgment by default on the Childs mother the child support agency say they cant find the father that by the way lives with the mother and has since the child was given to me the mother has been working at the same place for around twenty years the father about one year at same job so not to hard to find them but I can give information to child support agency and some how when I go back to check on progress they don't have the information I guess they jest need some more help this is a waste of taxpayers money and not fair to the children o I will service and so will my grandson but it could be made a lot better by some law and attitude changes it is not rite that I should half to spend the money I had to burry me and my wife with and all our savings wile the system that by the way is suposto be working for me and you taking its time thank you for your time Harry Bostwick 2481 grimwood rd. toney Alabama 35773 email vilite@bellsouth.net
