My resolution is to read more books and watch less TV. I decided to do the 52 Books in 52 Weeks Challenge that the Madison Library is offering to help me out. I've never counted how many books I can read in a year but I think it's a pretty realistic goal!

My resolution this year is to love greater as outlined in the Bible. I will be patient, kind, not envious, and not easily angered. I will not keep a ledger of wrongs for I will be truthful, hopeful and preserver. I will look to the Lord for guidance and welcome feedback from others. Life is just too short not to take advantage of every moment.

My resolution this year is to be a blessing to my family and to my business by earning an extra $2500 each month. I want to get all debt paid off this year and not owe anybody anything except Christlike love!

My New Year's resolution is to make my accountant's life a little easier by staying ahead of my paperwork and not just on top of it (or mostly behind it).

I also am also determined to be more flattered when other's attempt to be a carbon copy of my business instead of being insulted by it :) After all we were all born original, why die being a copy?

I resolve to beat my pain and stop it from interfering with my life.  It even caused me to take a break from my profession that I love, Pediatric Physical Therapy.  I was Diagnosed with Fibromyaligia about 3 months ago and still question that diagnosis as well.

I resolve to eat healthier- no Sodas- High in Acid; no artificial sweeteners- causes Inflammation; eat more protein and fruits and vegetables- promotes healing.

I Resolve to Get better sleep.  More is not the answer, Quality of sleep is.  Healing in our Bodies occurs during Deep sleep phase on the Sleep Cycle, most of us do not get enough of this.  I am investigating different sleep aids/helps to improve the quality of my sleep.

I Resolve to Exercise.  Even 10 min a day will keep my muscles strong and increase in the endorphins that heals us and keeps us positive and energetic.  I will continue my Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Class 2 times a week and add more time either in the pool or Yoga, Pilates, or other time focused on breathing and strengthening.

I Resolve to Positive Thinking.  More Mind over Matter.  We give into pain and attempt to rest, in my case this makes the pain worse.

By posting it here I am holding myself accountable to you.  I know you will push me through by just reading this.  Thanks.

  1. Watch more cute and cuddly kitten videos on YouTube
  2. Check my work e-mail account at least once this year
  3. Switch my username to “password” and my password to “username” to make each a lot harder for hackers to figure out
  4. Watch less TV…. in standard definition
  5. Stop buying worthless junk on Ebay, because QVC has better specials
  6. Start using Facebook for something other than Farmville and stupid quizzes

  8. Avoid fingertip soreness by learning to play “Rock Band,” instead of a real guitar
  9. Start a blog about how I would write more often if I had something important to write. Only make one blog entry and leave it published for years
