Today is Valentine's Day!!! In the mind of an elementary school kid....today is Can't Get Enough Candy Day. In schools across the country, little one's will be extending little paper cards of friendship not to one kid or a select few but to their entire classroom. As adults, we can stand to learn a little from this. Equal-Opportunity Valentine Cards enable kids to learn forgiveness and how to put their feelings aside for the sake of the common good. The thing about it is once you say party....kids no longer think about what they do not like about one another. There only concern is having fun and getting goodies. Little do they know the kindness they extend to their classmates is a true exhibit of what we adults should strive to achieve everyday....AGAPE LOVE...
