MC252 is a mind blowing and thrilling new documentary from film maker Matt Smith, Justin Daly and RealStreaMedia Films.  MC252 follows a year and a half of investigative film journalism in 2010 and 2011, during and after the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.  Upon arriving in the Gulf to help clean oiled birds and beaches, Smith discovers that there is a much darker and more sinister situation occurring in the Gulf from the oil spill.  Soon, Smith joins forces with local residents, fishermen, activists, BP insiders, and locals Lamar Billups and Justin Daly to uncover a secret operation being carried out by BP, the government, and the U.S. Military kept secret from the public...until now.  The MC252 team realized after the gushing oil was "capped" that the real story began to unfold - with residents being blocked from speaking the truth by the mainstream media, local government enforcement, and BP itself.

Justin Daly joined the team in November of 2010, participating in all aspects of creating and producing the film.  Daly became a valuable asset to insuring the truth was carried out, helping to seek out residents having health complications, participating in all aspects of filming, and organizing a walk from New Orleans to Washington DC in protest of the information block relating to the spill.  Witnessing many horrors during their time covering the story, many will be shocked with the true story of what happened when the oil started spillng.   With hundreds of thousands of residents soon getting sick, and in some cases even dying from the spill, Smith, Daly, Billups and crew soon went to action to stop the sinister and unexplainable acts being committed on American soil by a foreign company.  The film is produced by RealStreaMedia Films, Lamar Billups, Justin Daly, and Matt Smith.  It is directed and co-written by Matt Smith.  MC252 will be in theaters nationwide in mid 2012.  "MC252 - Some Secrets Are Too Big To Hide".
